Members of the Chiropractic and Acupuncture Oriental Medicine professions interested in acquiring Continuing Education credits (CE) and/or Professional Development Activity points (PDA) must complete the application and related forms that are available with your Conference registration material. Please note: all forms are required to receive credits. The maximum number of CE credits / PDA points for this Conference is up to 23.
To ensure all health professionals meet the Chiropractic State Licensing Boards and/or National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine requirements, a packet will be made available to you upon Conference registration.
The packet will include the following information:
- CE/PDA application;
- Conference evaluation form;
- Sign In / Sign Out attendance forms for conference monitor confirmation signature.
All material is required to qualify for CE credits and PDA points. Upon completion of the Conference please mail all required information to:

License Renewal: Appropriate applications relating to chiropractic continuing education credit hours and professional development activity points for licensed acupuncturists and oriental medicine practitioners have been executed for this program. Accreditation Statement
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of Wake Forest University School of Medicine and the Consortium of Academic Health Centers for Integrative Medicine. The Wake Forest University School of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Credit Statement
The Wake Forest University School of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 21.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

CME Credits will apply for each keynote plenary session, oral presentation, symposium, workshop, and featured discussion that you attend. To receive credit you will be required to sign a registration sheet at each session, complete and turn in an evaluation.
