* To qualify for the student/trainee conference registration rate, the person must be a full or part-time student enrolled in a degree program, or a research trainee or fellow. A letter from their supervisor will be required to verify their enrollment.

All presenters must register and pay in order to present during the conference.

Cancellation penalties apply to Satellite Meeting registration as well as conference registration.

Cancellations must be postmarked by February 12, 2009, to receive a full refund minus a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations postmarked between February 13, 2009 and April 9, 2009 will receive a 50% refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANELLATIONS POSTMARKED AFTER APRIL 10, 2009 OR LATER. Refunds will be issued within 30 days following the conference.
