All presenters must register and pay to attend the meeting in order to present. Presenters requiring a letter in order to obtain a visa to enter the United States will receive a letter upon acceptance of their abstract or session application. There are no honoraria or travel reimbursements available to presenters at this time.

Time Requirements

The daily schedule for this conference will be very complex with up to six simultaneous sessions being offered throughout the day. Each presenter will be told of their time limitation in advance and the moderators for each session will be adamant about following a strict schedule. Presenters should time their presentations carefully before arriving in Minneapolis.

Language Requirements

The conference will be conducted in English. Any presenters unable to speak English should make arrangements with a colleague to present on their behalf and be available for the question and answer period to act as translator.

Audiovisual Requirements

All presenters are urged to use PowerPoint slides for use during their presentations. Instructions for uploading their presentations will be available starting April 1, 2009 at this site. The meeting cannot accommodate individual presenter laptops. Presentations including video or other high-resolution graphics should be flagged to be tested in advance. An audiovisual laboratory will be available onsite at the conference.

The conference will not be producing a syllabus of handouts. If speakers wish to distribute copies of slides or other materials, the meeting website will provide a password-protected page where such materials can be downloaded post-conference.
